Finding the right financing can be every bit as important as finding the right home. It’s actually ideal to have your financing in place first, since the financing can affect your ability to get a contract on the home of your dreams. So before you start house-hunting, talk to a mortgage loan professional who can explain the financing options available to you and help you choose a loan program that will meet your objectives both short term and long term. I work with an excellent loan officer who can provide the personal attention and care you deserve.
